We won't know what conditions you may have--it is best to see a doctor for the best answer. Having said that, I see commonly my patients with seasonal (often pollen or other plant particles) allergies experience similar symptoms. However, what you have can be the beginning of more concerning condition. Allergy medicines may help, but either way I recommend a visit to a doctor to find out why.

Ask about obstructive sleep apnea. Go online and do Epsworth sleep scale. Then discuss with your Dr. keep diary of going to sleep say during day or watching TV. Or snoring. Discuss with your Dr.
