Two days ago, i went for a blood test. today, i went to my doctor office to discuss about my phobias of hiv. however, the nurse put her stethoscope right on top of punctured site listen my blood pressure. am i at risk of hiv infection? very scare?

No: What you describe does not put you at risk. Put your energy into finding a program or practitioner to learn to reduce fear and quiet the mind. Effective methods include Mindfulness and Meditation.

You sound like you have a health phobia. I encourage you to see a clinical psychologist. You can learn some techniques to deal w/this otherwise the fears can simply move from one body system or area to another. Peace and good health.
