A member asked:

I am 29 weeks pregnant and am interested in having an unmediated vaginal delivery in my local hospital. is there any risk to me/my life if i do not get an epidural?

Not at all, many women deliver vaginally without medication all the time. Taking a child birth or lamaz class would be very helpful to prepare you for what to expect and are usually available through local hospitals

My wife delivered my two kids without epidural. Yes, you can do it and you should attend class to practice how to breath and push during labor.
