Concerning...: Is there any history of migraines or pre-eclpsia? The possibility of a migraine is there. However, this should be mentioned to your care provider immediately to be sure it is not a TIA or stroke. With all the straining involved in a vaginal delivery, arterial dissection and aneurysm ruptures can rarely occur. Please have this urgently evaluated if you have not all ready.
