Right after a vaginal delivery with no epidural, i had a headache and later had a zigzag colorful shape in my left eye. eye lost some vision.

See DR: Anytime you lose vision in an eye - it is a medical emergency. Unless you're talking about an event that happened a long time ago - please go to the emergency department at your nearest hospital!

Concerning...: Is there any history of migraines or pre-eclpsia? The possibility of a migraine is there. However, this should be mentioned to your care provider immediately to be sure it is not a TIA or stroke. With all the straining involved in a vaginal delivery, arterial dissection and aneurysm ruptures can rarely occur. Please have this urgently evaluated if you have not all ready.
