You really should see an ear, nose and throat doctor. They can examine you as well as getting a CT scan of your sinuses, if needed. Then, they can discuss with you the interventions they recommend including medications and surgical options, if needed. They can also discuss with you the timing of the surgical options. So, see an ENT doctor ASAP!! Good luck!!
