It may be a little : The fact that the sonogram was normal is a good thing, but after an abortion or miscarriage it can take up to 6 weeks (depending on how far along you were) for your pregnancy hormone levels to fall to zero and for your body to start cycling again. Usually takes 4- 6 weeks or so for normal menstruation to resume. You don't need any medicine yet.
