There was a recent vaccination in my family of moderna on april 11, 2021. the next day he fainted twice and the days following he feels weak and shaky. there was blood work done two days after and there was nothing found. what should i do?

Reactions to this vaccine are relatively rare. I would not assume your system would behave the same way. You can get the vaccine or not, it is your choice. The case fatality rate for covid at your posted age approaches zero, however you could be significantly sickened by the disease or could carry it to others if you have an asymptomatic case. Everyone has a role to play.I chose to get vaccinated.

Fully agree with Dr Ferguson, and indeed, the vast majority of my colleagues here at HT: VACCINATION IS IMPORTANT!
The reaction described is a little more impactful, but most likely is classified as an idiopathic vasovagal response, and would be unlikely to continue. The second vaccination should be done, if agreed upon by your family member, but needs several hours of post-jab observation

Make sure to eat a small amount of something like toast with peanut butter or yogurt about an hour pre-vaccine. Also, just plan to take it easy for 1-2 days post vaccine.
