Right side of face has been numb for a few days (specifically upper lip, nose, under eye.) no injury or other symptoms such as fever, headache, etc. feels similar to lidocaine wearing off after going to the dentist? face looks normal physically?

Your symptoms are indicative of some sort of pressure on a branch of the trigeminal nerve. Could be from your sinus or a subclinical dental abscess deep in the maxilla. Please see your dentist to rule out any dental issues, and then your physician if necessary.

It is also advisable that you see your Physician to rule out Bells Palsy which is due to inflammation of trigeminal nerve (A type of paralysis which is unilateral)
