Urinalysis shows small trace of bilirubin could it be std/sti related ? i've been having a pinch/itch feel at meatus opening for few months but all tests have been neg been to urologist and multi antibiotics.. no changebthe bilirubin is new any idea?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, trace bilirubin is unlikely to be an explanation for your symptoms. Wish you good health!

Std pcr urine test negative, but have redness around penis pee hole.. and some times slight discomfort after urinating.. seems sweat irritates it more as well.. any ideas ? my urologist isn't sure , what stds could cause this so I can try to rule out?
