YES: One study found that isotretinoin, accutane, significantly changed the expression of hundreds of genes in skin after 8 weeks of therapy. Nelson, am et al (2009). "temporal changes in gene expression in the skin of patients treated with Isotretinoin provide insight into its mechanism of action". Dermato-endocrinology 1 (3): 177–87.
