It may take few months to a yr depending on the level of injury you sustained. Continue to follow with your Neuro list and endocrinologist if not getting better

Typically, it is unusual for recovery from subarachnoid hemorrhage to be maximal for literally 6-9 months, and perhaps further. Agree that in your case, an endocrinologist would be of great value. Good idea to check both serum and urinary osmolalities, to manage more fully.
