It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Why are you suspecting a hematoma? Did you have an injury to the penis? Do you have a bleeding disorder? If there is pain or swelling, it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
