2 different ?s: A venous"leak" refers to blood leaking out of the penis when erect resulting in a poor erection. Trauma to the penis while erect or flaccid can result in an injury; but it is unlikely that one was sustained if there was no bruising/ecchymosis which would suggest a laceration in a blood vessel or the tunica/corporal wall. There should be no longterm deficit from what you have described......
