Multiple reports of re-infection after recovery from COVID can further increase pulmonary symptoms, and may force hospitalization. If the vaccine is available, it will protect against the more severe symptoms (including respiratory), and prevent re-infection in most individuals.

I HAD COVID LAST APRIL 20/20 AND THIS MARCH GOT THE VACCINE. YOU WANT TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND THOSE AROUND YOU.YOU CAN BECOME INFECTED AGAIN BUT NOT AS SEVERE AND BE A CARRIER. THE VACCINE VERY LITTLE SIDE EFFECTS AND YOU WANT TO BE SAFE AND NOT WORRY WEAR YOUR MASK AND TAKE THE VACCINE.
