With information provided, the risk of pregnancy is minimal, although pregnancy outside the uterus (ectopic) can cause bleeding which can mimic a "period".

As long as the emergency contraception was taken within 72 hrs from the act you should be safe. Typically your periods are slightly heavier after emergency contraception.
