Sex and Pregnancy: Of course. Your obstetrician will have gone over this with you. And, most baby books explain that in most cases there is nothing to worry about. However, if on the rare occasion your pregnancy is high risk and your obstetrician has specifically counseled against this then i would follow that advice.
