Yes it is safe: Yes it is safe to have sex when you are 4 months pregnant till you are full term, as long as the pregnancy is proceeding normally.Normal vaginal sex in all positions and oral sex are ok.Anal sex is not adviced due to chance of infections.With oral sex male partner has to be careful not to blow air in the vagina with these precaution sex is ok.
