This likely is musculoskeletal pain-a pulled muscle or strain/sprain is possible. Acetaminophen or ibuprofen may help as well as local ice or heat, whichever feels better. Resting your back to avoid further injury is also best, until it feels better. See your doctor if your pain worsens or doesn’t resolve in a few days. Best of luck!!
