The medical term for failure of menstrual periods in someone with normal periods previously is secondary amenorrhea. (Primary is when a girl never starts menstruating.) There are several causes other than pregnancy. Are you athletic and slim, or maybe recently started working out? Early menopause? Other hormonal issues? See your gynecologist, especially if you miss another period. Good luck.
