Since you continue to have COVID 19 pulmonary symptoms after "recovery" from acute infection, continued medical evaluation and treatment as an outpatient is recommended. Sometimes improvement in pulmonary sequela can be slow.

Unless you were an asthmatic prior to your covid infection, your bronchial tree became sensitized and now you're experiencing continuing asthmatic bronchitis which is a very stubborn condition requiring ongoing bronchodilator & corticosteroid treatment both by inhaler and systemically. If there's trouble raising secretions, chest physiotherapy may be needed. I recommend treatment by apulmonologist
