Your post is confusing. Bacteria and organisms? Do you mean a mixture of different bacteria ? Mixed cultures suggest a poor urine sample contaminated by germs from near the outlet skin surface, not bladder. A report of 50-100,000 of a single germ is suspicious for infection, a mixture is not.
