There are a variety of things that could cause these symptoms unfortunately. I usually advise patients to take an over the counter at-home pregnancy test if 2+ weeks have passed since last period, with sexually activity, with nausea and breast tenderness. It is important to assess whether there is also a fever, dehydration, burning/pain with urination, or flank pain, and if so, see a doctor.
