You should be immunized. HIV infection or other immune deficiencies do not increase the chance of side effects or reduce the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine (and probably not other vaccines either). On the other hand, you ARE at higher risk of serious infection if you catch COVID. You're a very high priority for immunization. Go for it!
