No: If granny needs treatment like chemotherapy then maybe otherwise no.

Nope: Breast cancer as of itself will not make her lose her hair but chemo could do it (depending on the type). Also, some patients taking hormonal treatments for breast cancer notice thinning hair but seldom complete hair loss. Finally, if (god forbid) she ever was to need radiation to the brain due to brain metastases, she would have hair loss as well. Hope she does very well.
