I am on the nexplanon for 2 years now. i have been having unprotected sex for about a month. i have irregular periods. i have missed my period and am having increased white milky discharge. what reason other than pregnancy would that occur?

A "white discharge" may accompany a fungal ("yeast") infection. See your GYN physician for an exam and culture. Irregular periods are very common when on Nexplanon, secondary to infrequent ovulation.
