You should see your doctor to help determine what your recurrent headaches and intermittent facial numbness are from. You may have a form of migraines or even stress-related headaches. You may need to see a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. There are effective treatments so please get seen so your headaches can be under better control. Best of luck to you!!

Agree that a visit to your doctor could help reveal underlying cause of headaches. The facial numbness is a part of this, and supports consideration for migraine, pattern of which can be broken up readily. Could also check with your dentist to exclude dental and jaw issues. A neurologist should be able to help.
