Good Morning. It is a good job that you have a bite guard, otherwise you might be destroying your teeth as well. Make sure that you take your gurd with you when you have your teeth cleaned, so that the dentist can check its fit. Over time the rest position of the jaw can change and adjustments need to be made. You need help with the stress too!

Its important that the Night Guards are adjusted correctly. OTC night guards are rarely adequate for people that are severe grinders. I find 8 of 10 night guards that come to my office are not properly adjusted. You may also want to consult with a chiropractor, or myofacial release or physical therapist to coordinate care for this issue. We work with the patients chiropractor or PT is working.
