I have a pelvic fracture and a hip fracture how long will it take to heal? i'v been off work for 5 weeks and it's still not comepletly healed yet?

Depends on general health, bone mass, severity of fracture, nature of surgical repair, and what your mobility needs will be at work. You will need to be able to transfer independently, access mobility device e g walker, wheelchair, need to be able to place/remove that to/from vehicle, and have endurance to tolerate work requirements. Have you begun PT? Range for BTW can be 6 weeks to 6 months
