I've had an accident in october and got three fractured ribs and now i feel no pain in my chest are they healed ? if so will healed fractured ribs look different from other ribs on the x-ray?

Your fractured ribs should be healed by now. The callus may still be visible on chest x-ray and the broken ribs could be identifiable. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
