I am currently doing a colonoscopy prep with golytely. is it normal to have chest pain as a result of the bloating?

Bloating, ie an accumulation of gas in the stomach and intestines can push up on the diaphragm and give the sensation of chest pain. The pain is not really coming from your chest, you just feel it there from the bloating.
