Hi i have stabbed myself in the hand while working today. i am concerned that i my have damaged some nerves as its incredibly sore to move some of my fingers?

That would certainly be a possibility, as would a deep infection in the ligaments/muscles of the hand requiring hospital care and surgery. You need to seek an evaluation before the condition deteriorates.

See a physician today, as the possibility of infection, nerve and/or tendon damage, cannot be readily excluded and could prove to eventuate in a severe complication. Do not delay.
