Unlikely: If there was no sperm introduced into your vagina it is unlikely you would get pregnant. There is a "pre-ejaculate" that can occur, and if there is any sperm in that, there is a remote chance of impregnation, if indeed you had ovulated or were around your ovulation time in your cycle. With that remote chance, and the fact that you then used plan b, it is very unlikely you would get pregnant.
