I have 4 very small yellow circles that leak a clear liquid on my bottom lip on the line between the in and outside of my mouth. their area burns when lips are dry or just peeled, lasts more than a day and reappears every 4-5 days. is this herpes?

somewhat unlikely, but suggest that you see a dermatologist who can view the lesions closeup and possibly culture an active lesion and even obtain hsv antibodies to confirm. He also will be able to provide tx anyway.
