Hello! 4 years ago an accident happened to me. my left testicle was swollen with sever pain. i didn't go to the doctor. but my testicle reduced to the size that the left pocket of my scrotum looks empty. but i doesn't feel any pain now. is it ok?

If you had significant trauma, the testicle may have become injured to the point where it became non-functional and just shriveled up. This can be determined by an ultrasound exam. The good news is that one testicle is all you need for reproductive and sexual function.
