How accurate is the hiv 1+2 ab/ag test? the test came back non reactive. this is the first time i've been tested and the last time i had sexual intercorse was nearly 4 years ago. should i get retested or am i overthinking?

The HIV AgAb tests are 100% conclusive any time 6 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. Your test is solid proof you do not have HIV, assuming no possible exposure in the last few weeks.
