My grandpa had hep c as a teen apparently they didnt know and he got cirrhosis at 47 about and died when he immigrated to america. when at 47 came out of jail being there some time he was all yellow. is he possible he got hep c again or coincidence?

Sorry to hear about your grandfather. People do not catch hepatitis C a second time. The first infection became chronic and gradually destroyed his liver. He was jaundiced (yellow) at the end because of progressing liver failure -- not because of a new infection. This is the normal course of events when hepatitis B or C causes severe liver damage.
