There are only very rare reasons why someone should not have the COVID 19 vaccine. The idea that it commonly terrible side effects or is "pointless" seems like mass hysteria. The COVID 19 vaccines are very safe and effective. Multiple sclerosis has many magnifications, more details are needed to address how vulnerable the person is to the COVID19 infection

Per https://www.nationalmssociety.org/coronavirus-covid-19-information/multiple-sclerosis-and-coronavirus - "People with progressive MS. People with MS over the age of 60. People with higher levels of disability (for example, an EDSS score of 6 or above)" may be at higher risk of having more severe COVID outcomes." People with MS absoultely do need the protection of COVID 19 vaccination.

Would emphasize that patients with MS distinctly need to be vaccinated, as infections, even with successful outcomes, can leave the MS patient with relapses and disabling outcomes. Key component involves the MS drugs and vaccines. If using immunosuppressant or immuno-modulator, the vaccine might not "take". In these patients medication must be altered to allow successful vaccination.
