My throat make weird cracking and poping and fizzing sound it seems like that these voices are coming from thyroid ent doctor said there ia no problem but every night i feel the voices and due to this i sometime get panic attacks?

Whatever it is, it isn’t your thyroid. The thyroid gland is about the consistency of a 1-minute egg. Please repost and explain what you mean by “voices.” If necessary, you should consider seeking the assistance of someone with a better command of English.
