Often GI: This sounds like a gastrointestinal issue. This pain associated with shortness of breath, profuse sweating, dizziness, etc. would be concerning for a heart attack. It would be unusual, however the heart rate you describe might be an irregular heart rhythm triggering the chest discomfort. Talk with you doctor about an evaluation with a GI specialist and possibly a heart monitor.
