Your prescriptions during a live consult on HealthTap are only sent when the doctor finishes their note. Sometimes this takes a little longer. If the prescription does not get to your pharmacy an hour or more after the consult, you can call HealthTap and see if they can determine if the doctor completed their note and sent your prescription.
