Probably you have urethritis, inflammation (probably infection) of the urethra. It’s an STD: most likely nongonooccal urethritis (NGU), often due to chlamydia; gonorrhea is possible, but that usually is painful. However, if it only happens during bowel movements, it might be normal prostate fluid. See a doctor ASAP; no sex until you’ve been evaluated, tested, and (probably) treated. Good luck.
