Based on your symptoms, it would be best to be tested for COVID and remain on quarantine in the mean time until you have those results.

Call your primary care provider and ask where a PCR test for COVID-19 is administered. Quarantine for at least 10 days along with any close contacts regardless if the test is positive, as "false negatives" can occur. Go to an ER if respiratory symptoms increase.
