Coughing is a natural protective reflex used to move debris/mucus from deep in the lung forward to be expelled or swallowed. Some infants & toddlers will cough for a month or more after a simple deep virus cold. I am not sure I want to stop a natural reflex & it appears you have made efforts to kill off any germs. If the kid feeds & plays well I would just monitor the situation.

A humidifier will help, as will using saline drops right in the nose to loosen the mucous. If someone is taking a shower, someone else sitting in bathroom in the steam from the shower is also helpful. Put the humidifier right next to the baby's crib. Putting it across the room doesn't do much good. In this day and pandemic, you might also consider getting infant tested for Covid-19.
