Is normal for a 13 months baby to have excessive sweat especially while sleeping whether mornings, day or nights?

Babies will sweat if their body temperature is too hot. This can occur if they are wearing clothing that is too heavy, are in a room where the ambient temperature is too high or if they are running a fever. Check the babies temperature during one of these episodes and note environmental factors. Report these to your pediatrician at the next visit for evaluation.

No, that is not normal. My first guess is that baby is being overdressed or over wrapped during sleep. Try using fewer blankets or a cooler sleeping area. Excessive sweating can also be from cardiac problems, but this is actually quite rare. Best to talk to your pediatrician further if still have concerns .
