That is an abnormally high creatinine. How long has it been at that same level? If more than 3 months then it can be chronic kidney disease, if not it can be acute kidney injury. Do you have protein in your urine? We need more information to answer your question. The best person to help you is a kidney specialist, you can start with your primary care doctor
