Asking for an antibiotic ointment for the eye is sometimes like asking the plumber for a pipe when you have a broken faucet. This idea of asking for an order of antibiotics is quite common. A better question is why is my eyelid swelling and how can you help me. Ointments are sometimes not effective for this. See a doctor (but not Dr. Google)

Sounds like you have a stye, start warm compresses three times a day from the sink not the microwave, and oral fish oil tabs. topical antibiotics are of little utility. Follow up with an ophthalmologist
