Hard to tell without exam. The eye "twitches" might represent myokymia, but facial asymmetry could suggest problem with facial nerve. Maybe the TMJ is causing an asymmetry. Could start evaluation via virtual consult, but could directly get information by visiting a neurologist. Ophthalmologist and/or dentist would represent other areas of investigation.

The facial asymmetry, especially eyes, eyebrows, and eyelids, is often related to a 'bite' and common among patients with TMJ issues. TMJ, facial and jaw muscles and nerves are all interconnected and interacting. Your bite can greatly affect the way your shoulder, chest and hips align. The roof of your mouth and lower jaw growth also affect the way facial growth and muscle movements. Visit TMJ dr
