Good day i have been having ingrown toenail since june 2018 and managing the pain by using ointment and cream, i got from the pharmacy. i want to have it removed now?

Most are trained in the procedure & some enjoy doing it. Some might refer you out to a foot doctor based on their patient load ( it does take extra time). I would call the office staff & see what they suggest.
