A guess: Carb up the day before the match & eat light before the warm up with foods that don't upset your stomach (when ii used to wrestle we'd starve ourselfs to make weight and then chow down after the weigh in so we'd be as much as 15 lbs heavier by match time (mostly rehydration) which wasn't the greatest health-wise!
