Please be seen at the Emergency room for chest pain and pressure, issues with breathing, lightheadedness and leg pain. I think a pulmonary emobolism shoudl still be ruled out even if you don't have some of the risk factors & symptoms. COVID 19 is also one possibility.

Lightheadedness with chest pain may be an emergency. Taking into account your leg pain you may have a clot in the lung. Go the to emergency room
